I really loved the color of the flowers in this one. Very fall-y.

I think blogger is sick of seeing my pictures. It wont let me post my hummingbird pictures. :( Which makes me observe them too closely. Then I start thinking they aren't that good. Or what I should have done differently. I'm so judgmental of my own pictures. I don't really know if I am cut out to do this for anything more than a hobby that makes me happy.
Side note: While I was writing this a hummingbird flew into our sliding glass door. Hovered by the glass looked inside then flew away. It was hilarious/adorable/sad. I hope it was ok. I think I need a humming bird feeder now. NEED!

Comic Con

Something just occurred to me. Comic Con happened recetly. I wished I could have gone, mostly for all of the twilight junk. I've been reading a bunch of stuff about it to feel like I was there and I heard that some people were wearing shirts that said, "Twilight ruined my Comic Con" or something to that effect. Yes, I realize Twilight has next to nothing to do with Comic Con but it seems silly to wear a shirt that says that. It's possible I know nothing about Comic Con since I have never been there but, I've got the feeling that most of the Comic Con attendees BT (before Twilight) were mostly dudes. And not very attractive dudes at that. Shouldn't they be a little happy about meeting new chicks? Eh, whatever. Just a thought. Hey, haters, be nice.

Chris and I went to Dominic's Birthday Party on Saturday night. And to get things going we played 'Pin the kiss on the Jonas!!' So much fun!

I am house sitting all alone at my parent's house. Yeah, sure, I have Emma, but she's not very good at conversations. I wish one of my friends would come online and want to have a nice chat with me. Someone... anyone...

No one understands how awesome having a sister is until they have their own. I love my sisters so much. Now that I have my own two girls I get to watch how the sister bond starts and how it will evolve. It is so sweet and so much fun to watch them interact. I see sisters and think how they were once little girls like I was with Aimee and Lindsay and Emma. I am just saying I am enjoying the time when they are too small to hit and scream at each other because I know that day is coming. My other point is sisters are one of the most awesome things ever. So remind your sister how much you love her.

I really don't have the dedication for a blog. I have wrote three blogs for the past three days, spent an hour on each of them only to decide not to publish them. I just don't have the guts to publish what I really think about anything important on the internet. It's probably for the best. I'm not the most eloquent person in the world. I would probably just offend someone, of course that is me thinking that anyone reads this. Maybe I am safe but still it takes too much time to be so careful about what I say. In the meantime, I will stick with my journal (I know, so 90's). And for here I will update with pictures of my beautiful girls as often as I can.

Happy Birthday to me! It's been a great birthday so far. Yes, it is only 8 am and most of the people I know are not even going to consider waking up for another four hours, unless they had to go to work. So Jake is the only one who has wished me happy birthday yet (not including the facebook people.) I went birthday shopping for myself yesterday. I like to shop for myself and Jake knows that so he just says, "go crazy Jenn" and shopping is kind of a present by itself. And tonight I get to go see Cute is What we Aim For with Erin, and I am very excited to see them for the first time. Yay! And Thursday night I am having a birthday party at my parents house, where I get to spend a bunch of time with all of my favorite people! And people I haven't seen in months (that really needs to stop happening Nichole!) So once again it seems I get a birthday week not just a day. I am such a lucky girl!

Finally leaving!

My mini family and I are finally leaving Sun Village! Our lease goes up on August 7th and we get to leave before then. We are moving to a 55+ community called La Terraza. We get to move into this apartment because it's against the law to say a type of person can live in one place and that's it so they set aside a few units for people under 55 years old. We're just very under 55. Hopefully they wont hate us but it should be ok because we are quiet people and other quiet people around us is going to be so awesome. It is located very close to Coors and I-40 and will really only add ten more minutes to our drive into central Abq. We are actually moving closer to a few of our friends and my parents so that is going to be great. The building itself is only a year old, pretty much brand new. No one has lived in the unit that we are going to live in. All of the appliances are brand new. Washer and drier inside the apartment, more space than what we have now, an out door balcony, three linen closets (which we have none of.), storage on the patio for Christmas junk and stuff we don't need all of the time, and a huge bathroom! The price is great, only ten dollars more than what we are paying now for our shitty place. We are going to start moving on the 30th. Yes, that's June 30th. We get to move in at a very leisurely pace and we aren't going to be paying for two separate places because they were having a special deal. July is free! Awesome.
Of course no place is perfect, there is a draw back. No pool. There is one just down Coors and it's nice I've been there before. It does cost some money but oh well, and there is a hot tub but they have a sign that says no diapers. I'm sure taking her diaper off and letting her swim without one is not what the sign has in mind. so we'll have to deal without.
This place is all Jake and I can think about! I can not wait to start moving! I personally like moving. You downsize, everything gets so clean and reorganized. And it's oddly therapeutic. We need boxes, though. If you have any it would be awesome if we could use some. We'll give them back if you need them. Also I knew we were making a mistake by not have a truck driving friend around for moving. Cavaliers, focus', yaris', and all of those other tiny cars are useless for moving.
I think I managed to remember all of the details correctly. I hope I didn't leave anything out.

World's dumbest day.

Well, if you don't know already, I hate weed. It's dumb. I hate it in movies, I hate the way it smells, I hate the way people look when they smoke it, I hate everything about it. So of course I hate this day when people usually smoke it more than any other day simply because of the date. How did the numbers 4 and 20 become so linked to getting high? Any way. I was telling my sister in law about my hatred for this day and she suggested I turn it into something different. Like on the day everyone gets baked I should just bake a bunch of stuff (cakes, muffins, cookies, etc.). Unfortunately I am to tired to do this but still a funny idea. It would definitely give me something to take my mind off of what everyone else is doing and solve the problem for all of the stoned people. "What should I eat? I've never been so hungry in my entire life!!" Then they would open their wonderful package of munchies from me (the munchies are in a package because I definitely don't want to hand deliver it.) Funny idea even though I'm not going to do it. Instead I've unintentionally started a back to the future marathon that is until Nicole and Rachel show up to save me from boredom. I wonder if they will smell like pot. I might have to kick them out if so. Knock on wood.

First Chole has a bunch of shows she wants to see out of state now me. The Starting Line is in Texas this week. Not terribly far away, but just far enough. I always wanted to see them! I had the chance three years ago and my genius partner in crime and I said, "Naaa, let's be way cooler and go steal a stop sign." Huge mistake, time with that person and not going and meeting Jake for the first time. I made terrible choices. Does anyone have an idea how to go to Texas for free. Of course I do know Texas is such a terrible place but I would put up with it for The Starting Line any day. Especially since I am way more of a fan of them now then I used to be! I want to go!! I want to see that great funny looking singer with the amazing voice! Sigh...

So, there's this show on TLC (have I ever mentioned my unnatural hatred for the letters T-L-C? No. Most likely I haven't, because that is a very long story. And a bad story at that). So this show, it's called John and Kate Plus Eight. And if you haven't guessed it's about these two poor souls who got pregnant and had twins times three. I think its called octuplet's, well, I don't think it's called octuplet's. I know it is. I went to dictionary.com. Anyway, Not only can I not imagine pushing seven more kids out of my who-ha right after going through the hell of birthing one, but everyday of life after would just totally and completely suck! Unless if you do what this John and Kate did and make a reality tv show to show everyone your terrible life. Talk about a horror show! Poor devils. In case you were wondering, I've never watched this show. I only just saw an ad for a new episode. That's such a bad idea for a show. Yes, it would remind me that I don't have it so bad but I would be scared of it happening to me. I'd have night mares. For real. Nightmares. Scary, scary, nightmares. Moral of the story, DON'T have sex. You will end up having octuplet's. So much worse than an STD. I guess go for it, though. If you are into that whole torture thing. Dirty masochists!

What do you think a photographer would be more concerned about, their camera getting wet or capturing a moment? I think a real photographer will do anything for the possibility of an amazing picture. Even risk their camera. I did, so obviously I think that is what a real photographer would do. What do you think, Chole?? You will have an opinion. Or anyone else for that matter.

I am tired, I should go to bed since I am going to be cleaning all day tomorrow, but I just can't keep my mind from going wild every single time I close my eyes. "Did so-and-so reply to me on stupid facebook?" "Why does Jake drool so much?" "Is there a chore that I needed to do that I forgot to put on my list?" "Cleaning all day is going to suck and it probably wont even look that great when I'm done." "At least it'll be cleaner than Dan's house." "I should never host a party ever again, they stress me out." "Should I make a mix cd to play during Lindsay's party." " Mix cd? How 90's is that!" And so on. Except in doesn't end for a long time. I usually take an hour to fall asleep. 30 minutes of Jake cuddling me, he falls asleep right away and the drooling begins. And then another 30 minutes of so many stupid thoughts.
I want to go back to London. I miss it. Leaving the country sounds nice.

Lindsay is crazy. She is putting a diaper on a donkey.

Today was my grandma's 84 birthday. We went out to eat. Yummy.

We went to the snow play area on Sandia and we had fun until Jake said, "Jenny, where is my ring?" He lost his wedding ring on the hill in a bunch of snow. Some body break out the metal detector! Oh, and I was frozen. I was smart enough to wear my chucks and forgot to change shoes when I had the chance. I remembered keeping Lindsay warm but forgot about my poor toes. Oh and when I took Linny down the hill I face planted her. Oops.

I had a whole huge paragraph at the top about a dumb idea of mine. I chopped it. I re-read it and said, "I really am dumb." I wish I knew how to write well. I don't. I can paint, I'm creative, I can act well, and I know to snap a pretty picture (but I'm no Chole). I can not write, I am not articulate without a script, I can't roller blade/ roller skate (that is not really important just something I always wished I could do a tiny bit). I wonder what it would be like to be really good at all of the other things I am bad at. You know how they say people are either right or left brained (I don't know which is which). What would it be like to switch brain sides?

I'm not that smart. It's okay I've accepted it. Recently. But it's pretty much fact. I'll work on it, though. Slowly but surely I might get smarter. Fingers crossed. Damn him for bringing it to my attention so easily, and he doesn't even know he did it. Damn him for being him. See, not so smart. I don't even know who or what I am talking about, so don't ask.

I want my new threadless orders now! And my old one that I had to return for the right size!! But now it seems the one I was exchanging it for is gone. Whether my exchange went through or not I have no idea. I haven't even received an email or anything saying that they got it. I sent it a week ago and it said it was shipped to the address it said to send it to but now I know nothing. I really hope I got the exchange I wanted because that shirt was so amazing! I want them I want them!!! I feel so helpless!
